Just a quick note everyone,
I am a staunch supporter of Delegate Burns’ legislation (HB189) that would change the name of BWI to Thurgood Marshall BWI Airport. While there are some legislators who don’t want the bill to pass because of political reasons, I think that re-naming the airport is the right thing to do. It is amazing to me that the effort to re-name the airport down near DC to Ronald Reagan National Airport didn’t even need a hearing! Why is so much of a fight necessary to rename BWI to Thurgood Marshall BWI?! Just more evidence Black people…there is much more to be done in this country. We have not overcome yet. If you haven’t been following the progression of Burns’ bill; right now the Education, Health, Environmental Affairs Committee is now reviewing the bill and they will have a powerful say on whether or not the bill passes. Now is the time to let them know how you feel about this bill. Remember – we as citizens put these people in office to represent us; now is the time for them to execute the wishes of the people. I emailed every single member of the Education, Health, Environmental Affairs Committee this morning. I urge you to do the same. Email or call them and let your voice be heard. Below you will find the email that I sent to them and the list of people you need to email or call.
SAMPLE EMAIL (EDIT AS NECESSARY):
Greetings,
I am writing to express my support of the proposed legislation that would change the name of BWI to Thurgood Marshall BWI Airport. As a member of the Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee, you have extraordinary influence on the future of this legislation. As a tax-paying citizen of Maryland; I urge you to do all that is in your power to make sure that HB189 does pass thereby granting Thurgood Marshall and his family the honor they deserve and executing the wishes of many Marylanders and especially African American Marylanders.
Respectfully,
Min. Heber Brown, III

Thanks for your helpful article. Other thing is that mesothelioma cancer is generally the result of the inhalation of materials from asbestos fiber, which is a carcinogenic material. It can be commonly noticed among laborers in the engineering industry who may have long experience of asbestos. It can also be caused by residing in asbestos protected buildings for an extended time of time, Genes plays an important role, and some persons are more vulnerable for the risk than others.
