This morning, attorney, Warren Brown was a featured guests on Faith In Action. He spoke of the unsettling number of “illegal arrests” taking place in Baltimore City. “An illegal arrest is when there is either no probable cause for the arrest or the state has indicated they will not prosecute,” Brown said in an AFRO interview. Brown says that an average of 2,000 of such arrests happen per month in Baltimore City.
