Young Clergy for Social Change (YCSC) officially launched this past Friday at the First Church of God in East Baltimore. We had a great turnout. Dr. Felder delivered an inspiring presentation and many people showed great interest in continuing the journey with YCSC.
Thanks to everyone who attended, supported, and/or prayed for this gathering and this network. Thanks to Bishop Doug Miles and Dr. Phil Leaf for also being there to support us with their presence and “wise words”.

This is completely off topic from this posting, but I thought it was relevant. I was watching the Barbara Walters special on ABC about Heaven. (By the way, Barbara Walters is not a born again believer.) I was amazed by some of the comments, particuarly the comments from the NIH scientist. He stated that persons who are more spiritual have a genetic mutation in the “God” gene. Did you see the special? If so, I would love to hear your views on it, as well as, the views of other people who frequent the site.
