The Local NAACP Branch responds to Acid Attack

This video is of a rally held shortly after Baltimore NAACP Prez, Doc Cheatham, received an envelope in the mail containing acid.Â Other NAACP branches received the same thing.Â The FBI determined that it was a hate crime.Â
