The Local NAACP Branch responds to Acid Attack

This video is of a rally held shortly after Baltimore NAACP Prez, Doc Cheatham, received an envelope in the mail containing acid.  Other NAACP branches received the same thing.  The FBI determined that it was a hate crime.
