First it was Tim Russerts’ question to Sen. Barack Obama on live television about whether or not he supported The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan (or was it some of Farrakhan’s past statements?). During the interrogation Russert mentions Jeremiah Wright, but keeps the focus on Farrakhan. Obama wisely cut off Russert (who was gearing up to go down a line of alleged Farrakhan quotes), stated his position, and scurried the conversation forward. As many suspected, however, the “drive-by” mention was just a preview of the scrutiny to come.

There was not one thing that Pastor Wright said that was untrue. Yet, his statements have been construed as “offensive” to America. I heard Wright’s speech referred to as “hate” speech on CNN and Fox. Obama may be in a delicate predicament. But, as one who claims he can bring us together, he should be able to do better than denouncing his pastor and spiritual advisor of 20 years for the sake of appeasing paranoid and disingenuous national news reporters and under-informed Americans. Does the brilliant Obama not know that there can be no no true American unity where there is acquiescense in American inequality?
Once again the mischief makers are at it again. Obama is learning the price one has to pay to be elected. Once again what I said before he has to play politics or “pile of tricks” to win. I know we wish he could call the devil the devil, but if he does, then he might as well shouldn’t have ran for president of the united snakes of amerikkka. This experience will help shape Obama for the future. It is important for those of us who can speak truth to power do so for Obama. We can still tell the devil that he is the devil. We can still say that there is nothing wrong with what Pastor Wright said. If we really want to push people to thinking we can even speak about 911 “The Inside Job”. The facts point to that 911 was not done by the people or persons that they want us to believe did it. We have to raise the bar for Obama. We can teach people as he does his thing. Ever issue that they attack him on we can defend him, no matter what he says. The Jews that I meet I let them know that I support Obama but I don’t support Israel’s polices of murdering and killing. I support the PLO and a share power of the land. I don’t hate Jews (I don’t hate anyone I’m pro Black which means I love myself and my people), plus I let the Zionist Jews know that I know that there are Jews that don’t support their countries polices also. We can also let those that raise the questions know that they are not qualified to ask the questions. A rapist can not speak for person that they have raped. Has anyone ever been to a trial when a woman has to speak about being raped, and the rapist’s attorney asks the woman what did you do to bring this on, maybe its your fault, I have witness the attorney even asking the woman did she enjoy it in any kind of way. I wanted to get up and that courtroom and kick that attorney’s a#$. But I couldn’t because he had the right to treat the victim that way because in their eyes she might had brought this on her self and the man couldn’t help himself, so they say. That is why most rapes go unreported because of what the woman goes through in a court. That’s how I feel about the people questioning Obama the way they are. So don’t let the mischief makers throw us off track. We have to fight the battles that Obama can’t fight.
Could it be possible that Obama “scurried the conversation forward” because he was trying to hide something or he couldn’t handle the scrutiny, something he must do if he is elected President? Obama pledged to be a “different” kind of politician, but his negative attacks on Hillary and his courting of unions tells a different story. His connections to Rev. Wright and Farrakhan, plus his firing of Malley, leave one to question his judgement. Obama has spent is a first-term senator, who has to worst attendance out of the 100 US senators. Obama must fight his own battles and prove to Americans that he is capable of assuming the most powerful position on Earth.
