Hello:

Second time visitor, first time commentor on your site via NPR Tell Me More.

About Bynum and Weeks? A few years ago, I chose to see people as people
including Ministers. That way I'm not disappointed or taken off-course.

Did anyone know that the beloved "Word Network" is not African-American or minority owned? The Word Network is owned by a Jewish broadcasting company, Adell Broadcasting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adell_Broadcasting). I thought from the crapping broadcast quality that it had to be black owned...LOL

Bynum and Weeks are a foul smell in the nostrils of the Lord! I believe this detail should have been reported, but in our world of sound-bite news, this story lost its staying power and fell off of the radar of the public. I am not surprised that Bynum and Weeks were still involved on some level, but I realized that they could never get back together because Bynum had already set herself up for her next "assignment" (if I hear another preacher say that I am going to puke!) of "ministering" to domestic abused believers. They both used their marriage (the TBN public spectacle that it was) to legitimize their ministries and reach out to a largely untapped market.....the married saints. That ran dry and Bynum needed a out. The question that no one has asked about this whole affair at the airport hotel is "What hotel restaurant is open at 3am?"

I am a member of the working press and have a question that I want to direct to the general public. The divorce of Prophetess Juanita Bynum and Bishop Thomas Weeks is now final. Publications have reported that the former couple were sexually involved while they were separated. It seems that this knowledge might have affected their divorce proceedings somehow in the state of Georgia. Should this detail have been reported or is it too much information?

As a Christian, frankly, I am embarrassed.
