
Delegate Jill Carter, State Comptroller Peter Franchot, City Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke and others stand against slots at the polls
Though the results didn’t turn out the way we wanted, I remain amazed at the passion, conviction, and determination of the anti-slots allies who stood their ground in the face of amazing odds.
I personally thank you and remind you that the battle is not over. Stay tuned for next steps in this fight. In the meantime – job well done!
