I was blessed to join about 50 others last night in downtown Baltimore as we stood for justice on the National Day of Action for the Palestinians. I’m always amazed at the great diversity of people that show up for these types of events. I met a young missionary who just got back from Palestine. (He spent 15 months there.) I met and reconnected with Jewish brothers and sisters from Tikkun. I met reps from the All People’s Congress, A.N.S.W.E.R., and just a bunch of people who found out about the event on Facebook. As I’m sadly getting used to, I was one of only a handful of Africans there and in the video above I speak of the imperative for Africans in America to speak out against injustice and unrighteousness no matter where it is found in the world. As Dr. King’s oft quoted saying reminds us: “Injustice ANYWHERE is a threat to justice EVERYWHERE.” My statements in the video could have been a bit sharper, but nevertheless they were sharp enough to get me called an “anti-semitic” on my youtube page.

Rev. Brown, Do not be concerned by their faces or their words. Jesus said, “In as much as you have done it unto the least of these, my brotheren, you have done it unto me.” You and all true Christians must speak for those who lack protection from abusive acts. You are not antisemitic because Jews are not semites. Nor are they Israelites. This is what has created such confusion over the last 61 years. Jews are Kzars of eastern europe who adopted the faith of the Israelites in the 8th century A. D. Semites are brown skinned people. Not Europeans. “Study to show yourselves unto God a workman who needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”, and everything else. Honor God Alone.
Good piece Bro. Min. Heber, I look forward to your peice this friday. Many do not want to hear this particular black church leaders. There is a book called “Certified Directory of Uncle Toms”. It laid out how Jewish persons influence and control major black institutions.
The San Francisco protest march that took place this past Saturday, January the 10th was a sucess. Having said that, I was disappointed that black Americans were underepresented. I can still recall when many individuals in as many of the disparate nations of the world, support our cause.
And someone needs to tell both Israel and the United States of America that wisdom, is a defense. And the latter is superior to weapons of war!
It is a crime for men to sit and do nothing the other human being are mistreated. to do nothing when you now in your heart there is a problem is equally as bad.
God has not put it into my heart to know what or even feel what you feel. But he has given it to you. Some times “Men of God” forget that we are all God’s creation not just Jews and Christians, not just Protestants and Catholics, but everyone regardless or his race creed or skin color.
And where there are atrocities against on race or religion there are atrocities against all of humanity. The Black Christian Experience can not be understood by the main stream Evangelicals, nor should we desire to see ourselves through their eyes, or try to mold ourselves into the Christian they want us to be.
We are o people that has gone hundreds of years and never truly knew justice, so justice means more to us then others. When we see the oppressed we hurt just like them because we know their pain,
