The benefit is to recognize, honor and celebrate his 35 years as a world-renown and brilliant Biblical scholar, masterful teacher, anointed preacher, prolific writer, and one who has sown into the lives of countless individuals. The black tie salute will be held Saturday, April 5, 2008 from 5:30 to 9:00 pm in the Blackburn Center on the main campus of Howard University in Washington, DC.
